1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the raffle operated by St George's Community Children's Project Limited. By purchasing a raffle ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not enter the raffle.

2. The Promoter

The raffle is promoted by St George's Community Children's Project Limited, a registered charity in England and Wales (Charity No. 802017). The charity is registered with the Fundraising Regulator and committed to the Code of Fundraising Practice and the Fundraising Promise.

3. Eligibility

The raffle is open to:

  • UK residents only
  • Persons aged 18 years or over only

The following persons are not eligible to enter: employees, volunteers, trustees, and management team members of St George's Community Children's Project Limited, and their immediate family members.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and a UK resident. We reserve the right to request proof of age and residency. Any entry from a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements will be void.

4. How to Enter

Tickets may be purchased online via our website at stgeorgechildcare.co.uk. Payment must be completed at the time of entry. Entries are non-refundable except in the circumstances described in these Terms.

A maximum of 10 tickets may be purchased per transaction. No purchase is necessary to win; however, a free entry route is available by writing to us at the address on this website. Free entries have an equal chance of winning.

5. Ticket Prices

Each raffle ticket costs £2.00. All proceeds from ticket sales support the charitable activities of St George's Community Children's Project Limited.

6. The Draw

The draw date will be announced on our website and communicated to ticket holders by email. The draw will be conducted fairly and impartially by a representative of St George's Community Children's Project Limited.

The promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

7. Prizes

Details of prizes will be announced on our website. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

8. Winners

Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of the draw, or if they do not claim their prize within that period, the promoter reserves the right to draw a new winner.

Please ensure your contact details are accurate at the time of entry. The promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes unclaimed due to inaccurate contact information.

9. Publicity

By entering the raffle, you agree that the promoter may use your first name and county of residence for publicity purposes in connection with the raffle results. You will not be identified further without your explicit consent.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We will use your data only for the purposes of administering the raffle and, where you have consented, to keep you informed about our charitable work.

11. Responsible Gambling

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This raffle is conducted in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and all applicable UK regulations.
